- LMP Investments, Inc.
- My name is Len Spadaro. My residence is in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of PA which is where we operate our investment company. Founded in the Spring of 2006, LMP Investments, Inc. has become one of the top North Eastern US Real Estate Investment Wholesalers. Our markets include Eastern PA, Baltimore MD and surrounding counties, Greater DC and Northern VA. We have recently ventured into purchasing REO (Real Estate Owned) investment properties and wholesaling them to Rehabbers and Landlord Investors. This has proven to be a great strategy due to the fact that the Banks have become the MOST Motivated Sellers of all!! We also are involved in Short Sale Investing, Stopping Foreclosures and helping people and homeowners that are in very stressful situations needing to sell their home very quickly. It is a very rewarding form of investing when you can save a bank or a homeowner from the grief of this housing collapse!
